Nicole I. Torres
Nicole I. Torres’s practice focuses on estate and tax planning, and counseling clients in all aspects of complex trust and probate administration matters. Prior to joining Dresben + Associates, Ms. Torres represented clients in contested trust, estate, conservatorship, and guardianship matters. With her extensive background in litigation, Ms. Torres is adept at identifying and addressing potential obstacles to client’s personal and financial goals in estate planning and post-mortem administration. She routinely represents trustees and beneficiaries in trust administration, probate, and contested matters.
Ms. Torres received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, she interned at the United States Attorney’s Office in Phoenix, Arizona. Ms. Torres was born in California and is fluent in Spanish.
